Federal Laboratory Consortium Biodiesel Survey

The FLC Far West Region, in cooperation with the Federal Network for Sustainability (FNS) is conducting a survey of Biodiesel usage in federal laboratory facilities located in the Far West Region of the U.S.

The purpose of the survey is to learn about federal usage, challenges and costs of biodiesel, and to create an education and training program on biodiesel use for federal agencies.

This brief 12 question survey is designed to be quick and easy to use. It is available below in an on-line format, as well as a downloadable form in your choice of Word or PDF formats. The downloadable forms can be emailed or faxed back to us.
